#13: Blockbuster Said the Same Thing

Three-panel Startup Cat strip at a fresh-and-local grocery counter. In panel one the store manager arrives as Sam explains the cat wants to pay in KattCoin. In panel two the manager says food has to be paid for with cash or card, and Startup Cat replies that they are still thinking in fiat. In panel three the manager marches him out past a THANK YOU sign while he insists KattCoin is decentralised and community-driven, then shrugs that Blockbuster said the same thing.
Panel 1: The store manager steps up to the counter. Manager: "Is there a problem?" Sam: "He wants to pay with KattCoin." Panel 2: Manager: "Sir... if you'd like to buy food, you'll need to pay with cash or card." Startup Cat: "You're still thinking in fiat." Panel 3: The manager marches Startup Cat toward the door under a THANK YOU sign. Startup Cat: "You just don't get it yet! It's decentralised! It's community-driven!!" Manager: "Leave." Startup Cat: "Blockbuster said the same thing."
